You will feel very at home in Apartment A where space meets modern styling. Even though this property is an apartment, it benefits by having two external doors, one leading straight to the large garden with patio area which gives a more homely feel. We like to allow guests a level of privacy as we want you to feel at home during your stay, however we can be on hand should you wish us to be.
We provide pressed linen/towels for you stay. The property is equipped with Wifi as well as a smart TV. We provide simple food stuffs for Coffee/Tea making and simple breakfast facilities as we well know the first thing you want to do when you arrive is relax!
The living area has an L shaped leather sofa, perfect for relaxing on after a long day there is a dining area with fold away table, should you require it. This room also has a large cupboard for storage (suitcases etc). The kitchen is adjacent to the living area, if you leave the doors open then these areas seem like one larger area. The modern black gloss kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and hob. This kitchen is yours; please do not hesitate to make use of it! The property is also equipped with clothes horse/iron/ironing board and hairdryer.
The well proportioned master bedroom boasts a massive super king bed for a comfortable nights sleep. Within the master bedroom there is ample storage with storage cupboards each side of the bed and a wardrobe. This room benefits from a south facing window which floods the room with natural light. Bedroom two is a cosy room at the back of the property which consists of single bed, mirrored wardrobe and chest of drawers. This bedroom benefits from a garden view.
The contained Garden with washing line, patio area and table and chairs for your convenience. Please do not hesitate to enjoy the garden, perfect for a relaxing coffee before starting your day! (If you get the weather for it!
£150 damage deposit is refundable after your stay, assuming the property has been respected and nothing is damaged/broken.

Really nice apartment. Good areas, clean and fully equipped. Perfect for a small family. Parking was easy. Did not had the chance to meet Craig in person but we communicated very well by message. There was a welcome note, instructions and recommendations. He was very kind and left bread, milk, juice, cereals, etc All was good and we very much enjoyed our extended weekend in Aberdeen. Would stay again.
Broomhill Road is a quiet area which is close to Aberdeen’s city centre. Based just 10/15 minute walk to Aberdeen’s Union Street where you can find many bars/restaurants and shops. Union Square, Aberdeen’s largest shopping centre with many restaurants is about the same distance away. Closer to home, Broomhill Road is beside Holburn Street which has a number of shops, bars, eateries and galleries.
Accessibility, parking and getting around
This property is on ground floor level. Parking is available for free directly outside the property free of charge all weekend and after 6pm and before 8am during the week. Outside these hours, there is free of charge parking on many surrounding side streets. Information on parking can be found in the welcome pack which is in the property. There is a bus stop directly outside the property which allows access around the city. There is a rental car premises about a minutes walk away.
