The living area has an L shaped leather sofa, perfect for relaxing on after a long day. There is also a large coffee table and dining area with large glass table. The large modern black gloss kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and hob. This kitchen is yours; please do not hesitate to make use of it! The property is also equipped with clothes horse/iron/ironing board and hairdryer.

The well proportioned master bedroom boasts a large king size bed for a comfortable nights sleep. Bedroom two consists of  This bedroom benefits from a garden view.

The contained Garden with washing line, patio area and table and chairs for your convenience. Please do not hesitate to enjoy the garden, perfect for a relaxing coffee before starting your day! (If you get the weather for it!

£150 damage deposit is refundable after your stay, assuming the property has been respected and nothing is damaged/broken.

Really nice apartment. Good areas, clean and fully equipped. Perfect for a small family. Parking was easy. Did not had the chance to meet Craig in person but we communicated very well by message. There was a welcome note, instructions and recommendations. He was very kind and left bread, milk, juice, cereals, etc All was good and we very much enjoyed our extended weekend in Aberdeen. Would stay again.

The Area

Broomhill Road is a quiet area which is close to Aberdeen’s city centre.  Based just 10/15 minute walk to Aberdeen’s Union Street where you can find many bars/restaurants and shops. Union Square, Aberdeen’s largest shopping centre with many restaurants is about the same distance away.  Closer to home, Broomhill Road is beside Holburn Street which has a number of shops, bars, eateries and galleries.

Parking

This property is on ground floor level. Parking is available for free directly outside the property free of charge on sundays and after 6pm and before 8am during the week. Outside these hours, there is free of charge parking on many surrounding side streets. Information on parking can be found in the welcome pack which is in the property. There is a bus stop directly outside the property which allows access around the city. There is a rental car premises about a minutes walk away.
