Apartment B is a ground floor property with a contemporary feel. This property boasts a social living room with a large sofa.
We like to allow guests a level of privacy as we want you to feel at home during your stay, however we can be on hand should you wish us to be. Pressed linen/towels are provided for you stay. The property is equipped with Wifi as well as a smart TV. We provide simple food stuffs for Coffee/Tea making and simple breakfast facilities as we well know the first thing you want to do when you arrive is relax!
The living area has a large corner leather sofa, perfect for relaxing on after a long day there is a dining table, should you wish to have a sit down meal. The kitchen is separate from the living area the modern black gloss kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and hob. This kitchen is yours; please do not hesitate to make use of it! The property is also equipped with clothes horse/iron/ironing board and hairdryer.
The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and two ample sized wardrobes. Bedroom two consists of two single beds.
The contained Garden with has a washing line, patio and dining area. Please do not hesitate to enjoy the garden, perfect for a relaxing coffee before starting your day! (If you get the weather for it!)
£150 damage deposit is refundable after your stay, assuming the property has been respected and nothing is damaged/broken.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
The house is very clean, very comfortable bed, great shower and well equipped! He provided basic food stuff ( milk, juice, bread and butter, etc) . It is near city center and a good location for public transportation, shops and restaurants. He has a quick response and helpful. We really enjoyed his host.
Broomhill Road is a quiet area which is close to Aberdeen’s city centre. Based just 10/15 minute walk to Aberdeen’s Union Street where you can find many bars/restaurants and shops. Union Square, Aberdeen’s largest shopping centre with many restaurants is about the same distance away. Closer to home, Broomhill Road is beside Holburn Street which has a number of shops, bars, eateries and galleries.
This property is on ground floor level. Parking is available for directly outside the property free of charge all weekend and after 6pm and before 8am during the week. Outside these hours, there is free of charge parking on many surrounding side streets. Information on parking can be found in the welcome pack which is in the property. There is a bus stop directly outside the property which allows access around the city. There is a rental car premises about a minutes walk away.
